Job Description: What Does a Litigation Data Analyst Do?
As a Litigation Data Analyst at KLDiscovery, you’ll play a crucial role on our operations team, handling the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data to hosted platforms. You’ll collaborate with colleagues from engineering, application, IT, and project management while supporting clients with top-tier customer service—sometimes via phone, email, or even live screen-shares.
Key responsibilities include:
- Extract, transform, and load data to hosted platforms through custom plugins or flat files.
- Assist customers with technical needs, platform queries, and troubleshooting, delivering expert support via various communication channels.
- Set up user accounts, send invitations, manage access permissions, and provide walkthroughs when requested.
- Create and configure databases, ensuring clients have secure, ready-to-use environments.
- Investigate and resolve client queries involving data printing, search results, and general technical issues.
- Handle internal task management systems, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
- Participate in team meetings and company town-halls to stay connected with the broader KLDiscovery community.
