Key Responsibilities

As an Associate – Customer Support, you will play a key role in ensuring that every customer receives the best possible assistance and service experience.

  • Manage inbound international customer calls in English and resolve queries effectively.
  • Handle customer problems, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Document every interaction accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when necessary.
  • Recognize and flag concerns that require escalation to supervisors or higher support tiers.
  • Handle phone, email, and chat communication based on customer needs.
  • Maintain service quality metrics, call handling standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Update customer records and ensure accurate reporting for audit and review.
  • Work with your team and leadership to improve processes based on customer feedback.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.

This is a voice-based international customer support role involving outbound and inbound calls for global clients.


Job Brief

You will be the voice of Tech Mahindra for customers across international markets, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a 24/7 rotational setting.

Educational Qualification

  • Any graduate (Freshers eligible).
  • 12th pass candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of BPO/customer service experience.

Experience Requirements

  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in international or domestic BPO.
  • Previous experience in voice-based customer support will be an advantage but not mandatory.

Work Schedule and Shift Details

  • 5 days working, 2 days rotational week off.
  • US rotational graveyard shifts (Night shift).
  • 9.5-hour shift including a 1-hour break.
  • Shift timing: Rotational based on process requirement.

Both-side cab facilities are provided if your location falls within the company’s transport boundary.


Age Limit

  • Candidates must be up to 40 years old maximum to be eligible for this role.

This position requires you to operate from the Pune office location. Candidates must be willing to relocate or commute to the Tech Mahindra facility.
