What You’ll Do
- Support US Talent Development Learning operations: Plan and deliver training for offshore clients, acting as an advisor and consultant.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage systems, perform data entry, quality checks, and ensure all assigned tasks are timely, accurate, and complete.
- Communication: Coordinate effectively with stakeholders and team leads, ensuring clarity and prompt resolution of requests.
- Ownership: Be accountable for your tasks and processes, consistently demonstrating diligence in achieving desired business outcomes.
- Teamwork: Collaborate within a supportive team environment, contributing to firm initiatives and continuously aiming for shared goals.
- Time Management: Prioritize work efficiently, maximizing productivity within shift timings (2 PM–11 PM).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Graduate, Post-Graduate, or MBA (any discipline).
- Experience: 0–5 years in Learning Operations or Backend Operations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; familiarity with email etiquette.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic Excel (sort, filter, remove duplicates), experience with MS PowerPoint preferred.
- Virtual Tools: Skills with platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, Saba Meeting/Centra add extra value.
- Ticketing: Experience with handling cases/tickets is an advantage.
- Client Interfacing: Ability to engage proactively with internal clients and understand their needs.
