About the Opportunity

As a Trainee Low Code No Code Developer, you’ll immerse yourself in rapid learning and professional growth for the first six months, focusing on mastering the BPMN platform, understanding modern enterprise software development, and earning your developer certification. The position is a temporary full-time contractor role for six months, backed by a competitive stipend of ₹20,000 per month. After successfully obtaining certification and completing the initial tenure, outstanding candidates may be offered a full-time position at a starting package of ₹6 LPA, with a two-year employment contract.

What You’ll Do

  • Master the BPMN Platform: Commit to learning key concepts, terminology, and the development workflow of the client’s BPMN platform, meeting weekly learning goals and submitting assignments on time.
  • Earn Developer Certification: Successfully complete the Low Code No Code Developer Certification, unlocking live project opportunities.
  • Collaborate: Work under the supervision of senior developers, partnering on real-world customer projects that span the full software development lifecycle.
  • Engage with Clients: Participate in external client discussions to gather business requirements, understand technical needs, and help conceptualize process automation solutions.
  • Support Agile Initiatives: Become part of an Agile project team, contributing to design, build, launch, and improvement cycles of relational data models and APIs.
  • Empower Adoption: Help educate customers so they can build their own process applications, ensuring clients become self-sufficient with automation technologies.
  • Drive Process Excellence: Review business process documents and functional/technical requirements, asking “why” at every step to solve the right problems, not just follow instructions.
  • Present & Communicate: Present findings, solutions, and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, building confidence in clients and peers.

What You’ll Bring

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or an equivalent technical qualification.
  • Mindset: Logical thinker, technical curiosity, and an interest in solving problems.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of databases, SQL, UI using HTML & CSS, APIs, web services, and Agile/scrum methodology.

Selection & Employment Process

  • Terms: Temporary full-time contract for 6 months with no employment bond. If converted to a full-time employee afterward, a 2-year contract applies.
