The Backend Engineer Role
As a Backend Engineer at Netcore, you’ll be a core architect of systems that deliver 10 million communications per minute, processing terabytes of data in real time. Your main responsibilities include:
- Design and build mission-critical backend services to create fault-tolerant, scalable engineering systems.
- Develop and optimize core components for campaign engines and user segmentation, powering dashboards for client insights.
- Manage services on Kubernetes clusters across multi-cloud VPCs.
- Utilize cloud-native frameworks (e.g., AWS Lambda) for auto-scalability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, DevOps, and distributed engineering teams.
- Drive innovation through system improvement using advanced analytics, performance data, and research.
Required Skills & Experience
- 0–7 years designing high-scale, distributed internet applications/API services.
- Professional knowledge in Go (Golang), Java, or Python.
- Experience building real-time, horizontally scalable architectures.
